Wildhorn Botanical Vodka is a cold-distilled vodka made with 10 botanicals and fresh alpine glacier water.
Think of it as like a gin, but without the Juniper. Instead, we build the flavour profile around Elderflower, which gives the vodka a light, floral taste. Supporting this are 9 other botanicals, including Edelweiss, Sweet Clover and Glacier Genepi.
Our micro-distillery is in a small, vintage wooden cabin that dates back to the 1800s. The cabin is tucked away high in the mountains, at the foot of an alpine forest; with a stream running beneath it and a meadow in front of it where cows come up to graze in the summer months.
Try sipping Wildhorn Botanical neat, frozen or over ice. For a refreshing long drink add tonic and garnish with crushed pink peppercorns. You can also use it instead of gin or vodka in cocktails...try it in an espresso martini or in a Martinez for a delicious floral twist.
